Our Spice Bun is soft, sweet, moist, and flavourful. It’s a delicious snack with a big slice of cheddar cheese or on its own. With minimal dried fruits you do not have to worry about picking those out.

MissBirdie Spiced Bun is a rich, delicious, premium bun of the highest quality.

The ingredients, all Jamaican made and Jamaican processed, are meticulously chosen by their master bakers, who grind, mix, and taste-test them at our bakery. They go through great pains to find a perfectly balanced blend.
