Our traditional Caribbean rum fruit cake or black cake as it is sometimes known, is the best rum cake you’ll ever taste. This along with the cake spices and essences from the Caribbean that we also use, along with good quality ingredients, make a nice, rich, moist rum fruit cake that we feel is second to none.
